Trade fair for bridal fashion, grooms and evening wear in the heart of Europe

Down Under in Dusseldorf

The Australian rising star Madi Lane will be exhibiting at INTERBRIDE for the first time. We already had a conversation with the designer Liz Young beforehand.

What does the brand Madi Lane represent?

Madi Lane stands for romance, fun and femininity and celebrates the modern woman in all her diversity. Our collection consists of original and affordable designer clothes where every bride will find the dress that suits her personality.

Can you describe the style of your collection?

Our dresses place style above fashion, are inspired by love and romance and embody a poetic elegance. Every collection offers a wide range of different styles; at Madi Lane we’re all about variety. Floral and botanical elements, geometric shoe laces or beaded fabrics are characteristic of our line.

How do you support your specialist retailers and wholesalers?

Our specialist retailers and wholesalers are part of the family. Our goal is to help them make more turnover. We experience high traffic on our social media channels and receive a lot of requests for sources of supply. In addition, our trade representatives in the USA, Great Britain, the EU, Canada and Australia help us with all questions around Madi Lane.

Where do you see Madi Lane in five years?

At many weddings, in selected bridal fashion stores and on the catwalk of international fashion events.

By the way, we’re already launching a sister brand in the coming season - Evie Young Bridal.

Thank you for the interview!
